2026 Meet Sign Outs
We are embracing technology and making all meet sign outs for the 2026 season through a google form. You can fill this form out as many times as needed or just once for the whole season. Coaches ask that all meet sign outs are complete by noon on Mondays of meet weeks.
In addition, you can/should sign out for conference through this form. If your swimmer is not planning to swim July 11-12 at the Man O' War Swim Championships, they MUST be signed out by June 29 at Noon. If you fail to sign your child out for conference, you will be charged the fees the Crocs teams to register them at conference. This has been a big problem in the past few years, so please make sure to sign out if you won't be there.

Team Suits on Swim Outlet
We have team suits available on our Swim Outlet store. Unfortunately the print we picked last year has been discontinued. We try to keep a print for a few years to extend the life of your purchase if we can. We were not informed this was being discontinued this year or we would have selected a new print.
We do have black suits with the Crocs logo available. You are also welcome to purchase any green or black suit or green printed suit. No tie-back suits are permitted to wear during meets.
Mini Crocs do NOT need to purchase a team suit and can wear anything they would normally swim in. Of course, they are welcome to get a suit if they prefer.
What to Expect
We know summer swim is not something a lot of people are familiar with and this is likely your first swim team experience overall. We have a great What to Expect document to help you understand the wild world of swim meets.
