Crocs Team Swimsuit Try On & Store
The Crocs season is almost here. You can go ahead and order a team suit from our Swim Outlet store (a portion of the proceeds come back to the team). We have selected a new pattern for this year in the store, but your child is welcome to choose any black suit (no tie backs) or there is a black option with a Crocs logo in the store too. Feel free to keep wearing last year's pattern too! We are flexible. Mini Crocs do not need to purchase a team suit for practice!
If you are unsure what size suit to order, we have one more OPTIONAL swimsuit try-on night at the Copperfield Clubhouse. Swim Outlet sends us sample suits the kids can try on to ensure a good fit before you order online.

Officials Training
If you are interested in becoming a stroke and turn judge to fulfill your volunteer requirement at swim meets, then mark your calendar for this year's Man O War Swim Conference training session. It will occur on Tuesday, May 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Firebrook clubhouse. Additional trainings may be offered at a later date, but it's best to attend this training if at all possible. This is a super valuable thing for our team to have trained stroke and turn judges. We have to have two judges for each half of every meet (home and away). With a limited roster, the burden is a lot on our group. I encourage people with young swimmers to explore this as an option for your family as you continue your swim career.

We are busy working on building the volunteer schedule for the upcoming season based on the information your family provided about availability at registration. If your availability has changed or if you have special needs, please email Sara Charles, Volunteer Coordinator, at lexcrocsvolunteer@gmail.com, as soon as possible.
Practice Schedules
Weather and pool completion permitting, we will hold optional evening practices at the Copperfield pool May 19-22. The group times are listed below. We will send updates confirming these practices when the pool is ready to go. We will NOT hold evening practices the week of Memorial Day to allow families to finish the school year up before regular practices begin on Thursday, May 29.
We have a revised schedule for 2025 to accommodate an additional training group. This year, our 11 and older swimmers will swim in two different groups - Green and Black. Your child's group will be communicated to you prior to the season. There may be slight adjustments between these groups at the beginning of the year, so we ask for your patience. The addition of this new group has slightly changed some other groups times, so please be sure to check your child's age group below for the time. Groups are based on your child's registration group (which is their age as of June 1, 2025).
